Management Systems

A no obligation initial discussion is undertaken to assess what the business does and identifies the appropriate methods to obtain a robust Management System.

On agreement to the next step we undertake a survey of current working practices against the requirements of the ISO standards.

Working with the internal team, using the 'Process Approach' and 'Risk-Based Thinking', we will

• Identify the scope, context and processes of the Management System

• develop and implement the relevant documented procedures with responsibilities

• create additional documentation to support the Management Systems as a whole including any statutory/legislative requirements

• identify the appropriate business performance measures that will include customer satisfaction to aid improvement

• create an internal audit programme to ensure ongoing commitment and focus

We only work with UKAS Certification Bodies.

Transition

Since 2015, we have assisted clients with their successful transition to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. We are now assisting clients with their transition from BS OHSAS18001 to ISO45001:2018
